For Sixteen years Apple Pie Christian Academy has been providing child care services to the families of Delaware County. We are excited to meet new families enrolling their child(ren) at one of our centers. Families make up a community and we desire to serve those families with terrific customer service, a safe haven for their child(ren) and a welcoming environment for the whole family. Our vision has been successful because we focus on people not profits! It truly is a joy to serve the children and their parents in Delaware County and we plan to be here for many more years providing the educational needs of children in their formative years.

Our Philosophy
The creative play philosophy is based on the premise that the more a child’s emotions are involved, the more sensory information is received, making it easier for learning to take place.
Play, with its power to nurture and to teach, begins at birth in the first interactions between mother and child. Play contributes to all types of learning: cognitive, social, physical and emotional.

All our centers have large classrooms with observation windows and sinks in each classroom for health and safety reason.
Tutoring
If necessary, each of our centers has access to local tutors for your school age child(ren).
Small Class Size
We host large classroom but we typically keep our teacher/child ratio below state requirements.

Safety First
Of course academics is important, but more important than academics is safety. Our staff puts safety first all day long!

This has been my son’s day care for the past 3 years. This will be his last year because he is now school age. My son loves it! All the teachers are so caring and attentive to his needs. He has learned so much here. Everyday he surprises me with something new! They have a lot of guest speakers that come to their class like police and firemen. During the holidays, Santa comes to visit and they have a cute little Christmas play. I have been totally satisfied with the way they care for my child and I am grateful for their kind and loving spirits through out the yeas. I have been able to drop my son off in their care daily without a second thought. I know he is in good hands!

My son has attended Apple Pie for the last 3 years, he will be going to their Kindergarten this fall and I could not be more pleased with his development here. The teachers are educated, the curriculum is diverse and challenging and he loves it! It is very clean and their summer program is incredible. The owner and the director are attentive to parent concerns and encourage involvement at all levels. I have recommended this school to everyone I know with a toddler. Kudos to Mr. Jim and his staff.

Okay where do I start! This school is the BEST SCHOOL IN THE WORLD! They teach children and at the same time so love to each and every one of them! Listen, I’m keeping it real, I am an African American single mother and not once have I ever felt out of place there. They helped install a want for learning in my child. My son is 8 years old now but he reads on a 4th grade reading level! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because they don’t provide lunch and that's

Meet Our Qualified Staff
Apple Pie Christian Academy seeks to maintain a high level of quality, safety and academics in our centers. All our staff has at least two years of experience working with young children. Most have more than two years experience and either a CDA (Child Development Associates certification or a college degree in ECE (Early Childhood Education.) When we hire staff we seek candidates with a genuine love for children, professionals with a desire to work with young children.
